LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
Pro-Tech Custom Covers is not responsible for any damage to your motorcycle for any reason and shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of instructions, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. Pro-Tech Custom Covers liability is limited to the replacement of the cover if found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The User accepts FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any and all risks.

Warranty Policy:
24 Month Warranty
These warranties apply to the original purchaser for the cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the Pro-Tech Custom Cover fails due to a manufacturing flaw, Pro-Tech Custom Covers will repair or replace the cover at their discretion. Repairs due to normal wear, accident, improper care, or negligence where Pro-Tech Custom Covers is not at fault will be repaired for a reasonable charge. These warranties do not cover fabric fading, sun wear, staining, soiling, and normal wear and tear from daily use and towing use.

If you feel you have a Warranty Claim, please contact our office and speak with a customer service representative. If it is determined you do have a warranty claim, you will be issued a warranty authorization number. Your cover must be returned to us clean with the warranty authorization number. Any cover returned to us soiled will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. Any cover returned to us without the warranty authorization number will be refused and sent back at your expense.

RETURNS:
Pro-Tech Custom Covers is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you (the Original Purchaser) are not satisfied with your purchase, your new and unused Pro-Tech Custom Cover may be returned for a full refund (less all shipping expenses) within 14 days of the original delivery date. Prior to returning your Pro-Tech Custom Cover, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any Pro-Tech Custom Cover returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
